This Privacy Policy explains how Guardian Alta Crew ("the App") handles information when you use the mobile application and its companion backend at https://bazi.guardianaltacrew.space. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Guardian Alta Crew is a professional companion app for firefighters and emergency crews. It provides field calculators, reference tools, training aids, wellness logging, and duty organization. It does not replace official protocols, certified equipment manuals, or direct supervision.

Information we process
The App uses a device-generated identifier as its only server-side identity. There is no traditional account and no password. We may process: profile details you enter (name, rank, unit, region, experience); duty statistics you save; history you create (duty logs, wellness readings, recovery diary entries, exam and standards records); achievement and progression data; and support messages (name, email, subject, and message text) when you contact us. We do not collect precise location data, and the App does not access system health sensors beyond values you enter manually.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the App: store and restore your statistics and history across sessions, sync progress with our backend, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and retention
Data is stored locally on your device and may be synced to our servers under your device identifier. Support messages are retained to handle your request. You can clear local data with Clear All Data in the App. For deletion requests related to server-side or support data, contact the developer at the email above.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the App and its users.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You may stop using the App at any time. You may clear local data via Clear All Data. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the developer at the email above.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
